job responsibilities
moe9: manufacturing planning and operations - get familiar with heat treatment and coating manufacturing value stream and processes
- get familiar with system cip approach
- lead of system cip project e.g. by implementation of automation to increase productivity
bps: lean manufacturing concept and application of bosch production system
- get familiar with bosch production system
- get familiar with mtm and standardized work
- lead of related bps project e.g. increase mae utilization by optimizing tpm activities
qmm: quality management system - quality management training e.g. 14q, fmea…
- get familiar with problem solving methods
- lead of problem solving project to reduce failure cost
engineering and central research dept. oversea
- get familiar with injector system knowhow
- get familiar with validation and measurement knowledge
- get familiar with ht & coating process
qualifications
- master degree & above from top university in heat treatment, material science or electrical engineering
- highly self-motivated, leadership potential and entrepreneurship
- advanced english language skill,german is preferred
- good ability of communication
- ability of conflict handling
- systematical and analytical thinking
- additional language skills are plus, preferable german
- mobile (nationally and internationally)
- overseas working or study experience is a plus
