外卡內(nèi)用質(zhì)量管理崗工作職責與職位要求
職位描述：
崗位概述：
監(jiān)測外卡內(nèi)用受理質(zhì)量，跟進執(zhí)行外卡內(nèi)用質(zhì)量優(yōu)化項目。
the role of china domestic acceptance quality management for overseas issued unionpay card is to monitor the acceptance quality in mainland china for unionpay card issued overseas.
職責描述：
1、根據(jù)境外持卡人的投訴等渠道，定位并推動解決外卡內(nèi)用問題，聯(lián)合第三方合作機構(gòu)開展摸排測試、系統(tǒng)升級等外卡內(nèi)用受理質(zhì)量優(yōu)化工作；
2、外卡內(nèi)用交易監(jiān)測，包括外卡內(nèi)用整體交易及個別非金機構(gòu)的異常波動；
3、基于外卡內(nèi)用優(yōu)化策略及交易監(jiān)測，推動非金機構(gòu)開通外卡內(nèi)用受理，確保外卡交易通暢；
4、其他外卡內(nèi)用相關(guān)的工作。
1. based on the complaints about overseas unionpay card using in mainland china and other channels， position the potential issus， execute the relative project of quality optimization with third parties， such as on-site test， system update， etc.
2. monitor the transactionfluctuation of overseas unionpay card usage in mainland china and under certain acquirer;
3. based on the quality optimization strategy and the transaction monitoring result， push third party acquirer to ensure the enablement and stabilization of overseas unionpay card acceptance;
4. other relative work about overseas unionpay card usage in mainland china.
職位要求：
1、全日制統(tǒng)招本科以上學歷，理工科、金融相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、1年以上支付、銀行等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，對線下受理流程有一定的認知度
3、具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析、邏輯分析及跨團隊溝通能力；
4、具備高度責任感、進取心、自我驅(qū)動意識，能夠在壓力下獨立跟進項目并按計劃完成；
5、具備良好的英語交流及讀寫能力。
1. bachelor degree or above in engineering and financing preferred;
2. over 1 years experiences in payment or banking industry， with an idea of pos acceptance process;
3. excellent analysis， logic and cross team working skill;
4. sense of responsibility， self-motivated and able to finish projects in time under pressure
