6、 可根據(jù)需要調(diào)配組內(nèi)人員等資源。
7、 有權(quán)對(duì)項(xiàng)目組成員提出獎(jiǎng)懲建議。
8、 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)組織需求分析工作,并組織對(duì)需求文檔和需求變更文檔進(jìn)行復(fù)審。
9、 分配系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),包括體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、模塊設(shè)計(jì)、用戶界面設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等。

11、負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)小組會(huì)議并編寫(xiě)會(huì)議紀(jì)要。 開(kāi)發(fā)小組會(huì)議每周至少舉行一次 (可與項(xiàng) 目例會(huì)合并) ,對(duì)難點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析、解決,保證小組內(nèi)成員充分溝通。
12、負(fù)責(zé)每周對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)人員的代碼進(jìn)行檢查。
13、負(fù)責(zé)提交測(cè)試版本、搭建符合實(shí)際的集成測(cè)試環(huán)境,每個(gè)項(xiàng)目只能有一個(gè)測(cè)試環(huán)境,開(kāi) 發(fā)環(huán)境不可與測(cè)試環(huán)境混合。
14、所需提交文檔: 立項(xiàng)后制定《項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃》并保證該計(jì)劃的合理性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。

重要干系人的需求,保證客戶滿意度
4.把控項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),按實(shí)際情況及時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目路徑進(jìn)行微調(diào),確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)按預(yù)算交付。
5.完成相關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)文檔
崗位要求
1.全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)、通信、電子、軟件等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,
五年以上 it 行業(yè)或項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.三年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有豐富的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有pmp 或項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)證書(shū)優(yōu)先
3.優(yōu)秀的溝通、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)、較強(qiáng)推動(dòng)力
4.英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上,良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力
5.擁有良好的溝通能力,能夠帶領(lǐng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)梳理業(yè)務(wù)需求。
6.對(duì)于各項(xiàng)目管理框架有充分的認(rèn)識(shí),可以按情況選擇最有效的框架推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
7.熟悉基本的軟件sdlc流程
