第1篇 管理體系工程師崗位職責

質量管理體系工程師 qms engineer autoliv 奧托立夫(上海)管理有限公司,autoliv,奧托立夫 工作內容和職責 roles and responsibilities:

一、qms job

1) create and maintain china quality management system, coordinate and support the implementation of an effective quality management system.

2) be dedicated to providing accurate research and objective assessments of the organization and guiding optimal solutions through continual improvement activities within autoliv china.

3) maintain & update china quality manual according to real situation. coordinate between plant and ach & ctc to do improvement if need.

4)interface & harmonization of manufacturing & other support function / business processes / procedures.

5)organize china qms team to create yearly qms internal audit plan and perform ach & ctc internal audit, including lops follow up & verification of corrective & improvement actions.

6)participate in cross audit activity to grasp more system information and/or support related internal audit, so that guide optimal solution in china level.

7) regularly organize china qms meeting/workshop to discuss related topics, required tasks follow up, new standards discussion etc.

8) contact with global related administrator to improve, like rim champion.

9) monthly quality reporting & review.

10) learn and apply it basic tool to create simply workflow or make the job efficiency.

11) other tasks assigned by the manager.

二、cq assistant job

1) cqs expense claim paper handling, like collection, review and submission;

2) mro process coordinator to assist cqm to implement mro e-workflow, including mro process learning, pr/po initiation, payment initiation etc.

3) take cq it tool administrator role and maintain related information. also coordinate with it to develop new application.

4) assist cqm to maintain related database and make related report as required.

5) share point it tool learn and application, assistant to do maintenance and update.

崗位需求 job requirements:

1) university level engineering degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or similar competence otherwise acquired.

1) 機械工程或汽車工程大學工程學位或類似的能力了。

2) at least three years relevant working experience with two years quality system experiences in automotive industry

2) 至少3年相關工作經驗兩年汽車行業(yè)質量體系經驗;

3) sound technical & automotive application knowledge.

3) 良好的技術和汽車應用知識;

4) familiar with iatf16949:xxxx年 & ppap, apqp, msa, spc, fmea manuals;

4) 熟悉iatf16949:xxxx年,以及ppap,apqp,msa,spc,fmea 手冊;

5) process audit and product audit skill;

5) 過程審核和產品審核技能;

6) in-depth understanding of the quality management tools, such as doe, 8d method etc.

6) 深入了解質量管理工具,如doe,8d方法等。

7) good command of english in both written and spoken

7) 良好的英語書寫和會話能力

第3篇 管理體系工程師崗位職責任職要求

職責描述:

1、為品質電子內部質量審核的計劃和執(zhí)行建立和維護文件程序

2、 協調和準備外部審核(客戶審核)和第三方審核(由認證機構主持)

3、 外部審核和第三方審核期間陪同審核

4、 協助qms管理代表準備第三方審核

5、若有必要,支持組織供貨商審核

6、 根據qms標準要求,協助提出建議行動

7、整理客戶審核要求并作出回答審核問卷

8、 整理環(huán)境管理體系(ems)和有害物質管理控制。

任職要求:

本科畢業(yè),最好為環(huán)境科學,污染控制,廢物管理或應用化學類專業(yè);

普通話口頭和筆頭均表達流利,具備一定的英語閱讀和理解能力,大學英語四級或相當水平。精通辦公軟件。

良好的溝通、陳述能力和會議紀錄能力。

擁有制造業(yè)工作經驗,有審核員組長或內審員培訓、工作經驗及證書者優(yōu)先.

具備iso14001和iec hspm qc080000要求及審核相關知識更佳。

1、協助管理者代表對公司管理體系進行維護和優(yōu)化,監(jiān)督體系有效執(zhí)行。

2、運行體系的審核及實際運行狀況和現場控制能力的評估和監(jiān)督等。

3、參與組織各部門進行管理體系的培訓。

4、公司內部體系文件編寫、匯檔、管理、控制、優(yōu)化等。

5、負責產品注冊質量體系現場審核等。

任職要求:

1、大專以上學歷,有內審員資格證書,

2、熟悉醫(yī)療器械行業(yè),并從事過醫(yī)療器械質量體系管理工作一年以上。

3、熟悉iso13485、ce質量管理體系。

4、工作認真踏實,品行端正,有較強的責任心和敬業(yè)精神。

5、具有良好的溝通能力、文字表達能力和良好的親和力。

6、能獨立建設、編寫、匯檔體系文件。
