as youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it .don’t let the limited time pass by, leaving nothing of significance to our future. actually, youth has a lot to do with our future. it’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. so, what should we do? here ,i’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves
first of all, recognize the direction of your future. in other word, think of what you’d like to be some day. a teacher ? a doctor ? a writer? don’t afraid of thinking big and great .since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future .
what’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. read more books and travel around. for one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.

black mamba is a deadly poisonous snakes have , why do i get this name? because once i entered the stadium , i was deadly , like the black mamba same. so the ne_t scene , i can joke , but once i entered the stadium , i"ll be like a new person , like , engrossed on the pitch.
i am now 35 years old, went to be the second half of his career, like some of the injured are also commonplace. once injured , you think the world stopped, regardless of knee injuries, shoulder injuries , and so on . i know a lot of people have ruined the whole career , and some people even depressed , can not even return to the stadium. when that moment happened, i would look at himself in the mirror , "said bryant , what would you ? if you e_perience such pain you what will happen ? 黑曼巴是一種擁有致命劇毒的蛇，為什么我取這個名字呢?是因為我一旦進入賽場，我就是致命的，就像黑曼巴一樣。所以在場下我可以開玩笑，但是我一旦進入賽場，我馬上會像換了一個人一樣，在球場上全神貫注。
我現(xiàn)在35歲了，算是走到了職業(yè)生涯的后半程，像這樣一些受傷也是司空見慣了。一旦受傷，你就覺得世界停止了，不管是膝蓋受傷，肩膀受傷等等。我知道很多 人因此而把整個職業(yè)生涯都葬送了，有的人甚至一蹶不振，甚至無法返回賽場。當那個時刻發(fā)生的時候，我會看著鏡子中的自己說，“科比你會怎么樣?如果你經(jīng)歷 這樣的傷痛你會怎么樣?“你知道我每次看到別人受傷，我見到很多人受傷后回不來，我看著鏡子中的自己喃喃自語說，”是不是應(yīng)該退出了?是不是應(yīng)該停止打球 了?“我自己都不知道還能否返回賽場。我現(xiàn)在坐在這里告訴你，我要完全康復(fù)回到球場。但我不敢打包票，因為很多時候我也有疑問，但是我覺得，這才是迎接挑 戰(zhàn)的意義所在。
要抓住一切機會，向所有人證 明你自己，證明你能夠迎接挑戰(zhàn)。向那些說你永遠不可能成功，你一定會失敗的人證明，這就是我的看法。如果有人說你這次受傷，要一蹶不振了，對我來說，如果 別人受了這種傷可能就退出了，但是科比不能這樣。別人說這下你不行了，我會說，你這樣你才可能會退出。所以我必須要證明給他們看，尤其是給那些支持我，熱 愛我的粉絲們，我一定要贏了自己，要贏了傷痛，能夠重返賽場。這樣才能讓那些懷疑我的人重新思考，什么叫將不可能的變成可能。這些傷疤的重要性體現(xiàn)在這 里，這些傷疤就是我成長轉(zhuǎn)變的體現(xiàn)。
作為一個球員，我與生俱來的激情就是想要成功，想要贏。同時也是人生最難卻最重要的事情。作為一個球員，要到球場上去迎接最大的挑戰(zhàn)，我覺得最大的挑戰(zhàn)就 是要把全隊的人變成像一個人那樣，要不斷地，不斷地取得勝利，這就是團隊競技比賽的最大挑戰(zhàn)，這也正是我的激情所在。對我個人來說，最重要的事是不斷地迎 接挑戰(zhàn)，而且永不畏懼挑戰(zhàn)極為重要。

good afternoon, everyone. it’s my great honor to stand here and give you a short speech. my topic is “never give up”. now let’s begin.
have you seen a film named titanic, i believe no one will shake head. it’s a film about how the ship titanic sank into the sea in that time. it is very e_citing. but i am quite interested in the story of the film, jack and rose’s story. i can learn some deeper things from it.
after the ship hit an iceberg and sank into the sea. jack and rose and other people fell into the cold sea water. as the weather was getting colder and colder, they were gradually stepping into death. jack asked rose to promise him not to give up the hope of life. at last, jack was dead, and rose had a narrow escape, because she listened to jack and didn’t give up.
as for us, we will never be in the sank titanic and do not insist on waiting for the rescue of others, but, in reality, never give up is still necessary and much more important.
in the race of life, there is no doubt that we will go through ups and downs, peaks and valleys, and joys and sorrows. when confronting adversities, someone feels blue and frustrated, declining to struggle one more time. however, there are some people holding fast to their original dreams, making relentless determinations to overcome life’s challenges and become respectable. in face of obstacles, they practice the spirit of “never give up” and eventually mount the winner’ stand.
