1.根據(jù)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)、企業(yè)資源和質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的分析確定質(zhì)量改進(jìn)計(jì)劃;
2.負(fù)責(zé)組織人員進(jìn)行質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施討論會(huì)議,制定質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施;
3.組織人員執(zhí)行質(zhì)量改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的工作推進(jìn)和協(xié)調(diào),對(duì)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)效果進(jìn)行跟蹤和驗(yàn)證;
4.組織人員進(jìn)行客戶需求、售后信息以及市場(chǎng)信息的收集和整理工作,并對(duì)信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析;
5.根據(jù)收集的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施以及計(jì)劃進(jìn)行合理的調(diào)整;
6.指導(dǎo)下屬員工的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工作,對(duì)員工進(jìn)行必要的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)知識(shí)和質(zhì)量培訓(xùn);
7.完成質(zhì)量經(jīng)理交給的其他工作。
質(zhì)量改進(jìn)主管應(yīng)具備的能力
1.具備質(zhì)量管理以及質(zhì)量改進(jìn)專業(yè)知識(shí),精通質(zhì)量管理體系以及質(zhì)量認(rèn)證知識(shí);
2.具備質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的方法、經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有質(zhì)量改進(jìn)能力;
3.具備良好的分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力,能對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題以及解決問(wèn)題;
4.具備良好的管理能力;
5.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和表達(dá)能力。
質(zhì)量改進(jìn)主管任職條件
1.質(zhì)量管理、生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2.具備3年以上質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),1年以上質(zhì)量改進(jìn)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.熟悉質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工作流程,精通質(zhì)量改進(jìn)、管理方法;
4.能熟練使用質(zhì)量工具;
5.具備良好的分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力,可對(duì)各類質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行獨(dú)立的分析和解決;
6.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能與其他部門進(jìn)行溝通和協(xié)調(diào),保證工作能順利開展;
7.工作積極主動(dòng),富有責(zé)任心。

1. lead and draft analyzing the issues basing on reliability test (public road) issues, internal customer driving issues and market issues, evaluation potential risk and efficiency on recovery plan. e-powertrain scope includes e-motor, e-storage, and e-control.
2. lead software and hardware upgrade during reliability test.
3. receive top issues from pqe from plant, cooperate top issue analysis, resolution and improve the product and process to meet the quality target.
4. use mqs methodology to update nio lessons learn database. manage mqs system from quick issue analysis and resolution.
5. get feedback from market and push to improve the new model.
6. work close with smts (cross function) to understand product expectation, standard, draws, feature lists, schematics, etc. to understand the product in program early stage.
7. lead the team to achieve the team target. manage the team requirement and to get those resources.
prerequisites
a. education: bachelor, engineering degree
b. work experience: 7 years and above in oem or main tire-1 supplier, solid knowledge is necessary, both on-floor experience and design experience.
c. english (written & oral): fluent
d. computer skills: microsoft office (excel and project proficient is highly appreciated)
e. drive license: 5 year and above
f. great communication skills
g. willing to travel at high frequency
