? in the first six months, the incumbent will focus the efforts in the selected blood centers. conduct training classes for operators, nurses and distributors' representatives. the incumbent will be the key trainer at the regional users' meetings.
? provide coaching to field sales force, enhance field implementation to apply best practices. provide feedback to sales and point out specific training needs.
? provide support to therapy business. work closely with hospital customers to support therapeutic protocols like tpe and pbsc.
? standardize the training process and certify the participants that will include new sales and application specialists from direct sales organization and distribution network. the incumbent will help to perform daily application consultation works.

第3篇 機(jī)器人應(yīng)用項目主管崗位職責(zé)
職位描述:
1:本科以上學(xué)歷3年以上工作經(jīng)驗,機(jī)電一體化或電氣自動化類專業(yè);
2:具備非標(biāo)自動化系統(tǒng)改造經(jīng)驗和工業(yè)機(jī)器人集成應(yīng)用項目的選型、程序設(shè)計、安裝調(diào)試;
3:具備扎實的機(jī)械或電氣理論知識,熟悉機(jī)器人結(jié)構(gòu)、原理、軟硬件系統(tǒng),了解運(yùn)動控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、編程、調(diào)試;
4:熟悉應(yīng)用cad及計算機(jī)語言,熟悉各類電氣元件和電氣接線;
5:熟悉并能熟練使用市場上常用的機(jī)器人品牌,如abb、kuka、fanuc、motoman等機(jī)器人選型、編程以及相關(guān)通訊控制;
6:對plc等電控系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和選型有一定的基礎(chǔ),熟悉常用plc及傳感器的選用,對常見的各種機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)動驅(qū)動方法(包括伺服驅(qū)動、氣驅(qū)動、液壓驅(qū)動等)有深入的了解。熟悉plc程序及機(jī)器人編程指令與高級編程;
7:熟悉機(jī)器人噴涂、搬運(yùn)、焊接、cnc自動上下料、自動去毛刺打磨等系統(tǒng);
