第1篇 管理系統(tǒng)項目崗位職責
職責描述:
1、負責集團合并、全面預算、風險管理、投資、資產(chǎn)管理等系統(tǒng)的項目實施與上線支持;
2、負責組織項目交付至運營的相關工作;
3、負責系統(tǒng)相關的集成工作;

任職要求:
1、需求管理能力,熟悉需求調研方法,較強的業(yè)務流程及業(yè)務模型分析設計能力。收集用戶反饋的信息,從業(yè)務和信息化角度,從中挖掘、梳理業(yè)務需求,設計合理的業(yè)務解決方案,不斷優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品業(yè)務流程及功能;根據(jù)系統(tǒng)使用情況、結合系統(tǒng)功能點,主動提出優(yōu)化建議;
2、項目全過程管理能力。熟悉項目實施至交付運營的全過程管理,能洞察項目實施與運行過程中存在的風險,并能提出必要的控制方案,需具備工信部項目經(jīng)理、信息系統(tǒng)項目管理師、pmp、ipmp、prince2證書的一種者優(yōu)先
3、熟悉財務管理知識。財務知識主要包括財務核算、報表合并、預算管理三方面。
4、erp產(chǎn)品知識及實施技能。至少熟悉oracle 、 sap、用友、金蝶等集團管控領域模塊的1-2個以上erp軟件,需具備獨立的需求分析、藍圖設計、系統(tǒng)配置、編寫二次開發(fā)功能說明書、系統(tǒng)測試、用戶培訓、數(shù)據(jù)收集、權限設計、上線等系統(tǒng)實施技能。熟悉oracle、sqlserver等主流關系數(shù)據(jù)庫的基本操作。
5、熟悉財務知識,至少三年以上中大型主流軟件項目開發(fā)或實施管理的乙方實施顧問從業(yè)背景。至少有3個以上完整的主流管理軟件財務領域項目實施經(jīng)驗,能夠獨立進行需求分析,藍圖設計,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)上線,獨立實施項目。
6、熟悉集團合并、全面預算、風險管理、投資、資產(chǎn)管理等領域中的1-3個領域,具有大型企業(yè)甲方或乙方集團財務領域項目經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

2. min. 7 years working experiences， 3 years at managerial role， auto industry is preferred;
3. knows theory of fmea;
4. capacity to apply apqp， ppap， iso/ts16949， cost control， profitability management， product & industrialization understanding， p2.
5. good knowledge of program management.
6. good communication skill both in internal and external contact;
7. good pc skills especially for ms-office software;
8. fluent english both in oral and written;
