客戶qa職責:

客戶基于產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)反應(yīng)活動的處理及跟進,包含客戶反饋、客戶需求、客戶滿意度等等。對外處理跟進,對內(nèi)推動根因確定及措施預(yù)防。

1、推進產(chǎn)品的前期產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量策劃、fmea和控制計劃;

3、測試項目評審、轉(zhuǎn)批量評審、可靠性、非標等事務(wù)流程處理

4、各類隔離品(包含芯片和電路成品)的分析推進和處理落實

5、對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)/流片/封裝/測試/可靠性及客戶使用過程問題跟進,推進制定糾正預(yù)防措施,并跟蹤驗證改善效果;

6、客戶反饋處理,客戶需求支持,客戶退換貨以及索賠等流程處理。

崗位要求:

1、熟悉集成電路的生產(chǎn)、測試流程及基本原理;

2、了解基本的芯片流片、封裝和測試工藝知識;

3、兩年及以上的相關(guān)背景工作經(jīng)驗,有芯片制造或封測廠或集成電路品質(zhì)管理經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先;

4、微電子專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學歷;

5、若工作經(jīng)驗豐富,可優(yōu)先考慮。

崗位職責：

1、組織完成項目質(zhì)量計劃，通過項目組審計、質(zhì)量、評估活動，識別和報告項目問題的風險并推動改進。
