1.be responsible for thermal design of radio base station.
2.breakdown requirements from customer and system design into thermal design level requirements.
3.cooperate with mechanical designers & pcb designers to optimize the thermal performance.
4.do simulation in early phase and verification with prototype.
5.study latest thermal technologies and drive implementation into the products.
6.provide technical specification for outsourcing parts or units.
7.cooperate with r&d sourcing staff dealing with external vendors in technical aspects.
8.perform root causes analysis for quality problems & provide solutions.
9.establish, develop & continue to improve of design environment and ways of working for thermal design within r&d center.
qualifications:
10.master degree or above in thermal engineering or equivalent.
11.excellent knowledge of thermal theory & engineering, including calculation & simulation.
12.good skill of simulation tools, e.g. icepak or flotherm.
13.be proactive & accountable, result-oriented.
14.has curious & logic mind, good at analysis.
15.good communication skills, think on others’ foot & willing to influence others.
16.fluent oral & written english.
17.good knowledge in mechanical area. (preferred)

散熱設(shè)計(jì)工程師 1.參與筆記本電腦的構(gòu)想設(shè)計(jì);
2.參與談判產(chǎn)品規(guī)格,和相關(guān)部門溝通設(shè)計(jì)中的問(wèn)題;
3.根據(jù)要求和項(xiàng)目日程協(xié)助管理項(xiàng)目,控制產(chǎn)品成本;
4.根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)格,檢查設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),確保設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì),管理供應(yīng)商的品質(zhì);
5.解決開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)造性的提出解決方案;
6.檢查試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證方案的有效性;
