第1篇 道路工程崗位職責

reporting to the facility management manager, the person in charge will be the maximum responsible of the maintenance regarding the test tracks.
向構筑物管理經(jīng)理匯報,負責人對測試道路維護負有最大責任。
responsibilities職責
new facilities:
新的構筑物:
coordinate and lead the team that will lead from a to z the construction and installation of all new facilities in the complex that involves the test tracks.
協(xié)調和領導團隊負責所有涉及測試道路的綜合性新構筑物從開始建設和安裝到結束的全過程。
coordinate and lead the maintenance team for the daily and programed maintenance actions (preventive and corrective maintenance) regarding the test tracks.
協(xié)調和領導維護團隊開展與測試道路相關的日常和程序性的維護活動(預防性的和糾正性的維護)。
to define the maintenance budget for the year and keep all the facilities (test tracks) in a perfect shape and functioning.
制定每年的維護預算,保持所有構筑物(測試道路)處于完美的外形和功能。
to define and implement the maintenance plan for the test tracks (preventive and corrective) along the time.
制定并執(zhí)行測試道路的維護計劃(預防性和糾正性的)。
24 hours availability for solving any urgent maintenance issues.
24小時待命解決任何緊急的維護問題。
report to facility management manager on the maintenance actions to be done in the test track.
向構筑物管理經(jīng)理報告針對測試道路所開展的維護行動。
collect, study and execute (if required) the petitions and requirements from clients (internal and external) from civil works and utilities point of view.
收集、研究和執(zhí)行(如有必要)客戶(內(nèi)部和外部的)關于土建工作和公共設施的請求和要求。
ensure the compliance with local regulations and idiada’s best practices regarding environmental management of the tracks.
確保測試道路的環(huán)境管理遵守當?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)和idiada的***實踐。

requirements要求
profile背景:
experienced to work in service companies preferably in road or civil works linear constructions.
有在道路或土木工程線性建設服務公司工作的經(jīng)驗。
it is not essential experience, but work and management experience on roads and highways will be valued.
非必需經(jīng)驗,但有道路和高速公路的建設和管理經(jīng)驗視為加分項。
experience in human resources management will be valued.
有人員管理經(jīng)驗是加分項。
capable of team working but also capable of taking decisions autonomously.
有團隊合作能力,也有自主決策能力。
user level knowledge of it management tools: excel, word, powerpoint or equivalents; computer-aided design tools autocad or similar.
用戶層面的it管理工具知識,如excel, word, powerpoint 或對應工具;計算機輔助設計軟件autocad或類似工具。
knowledge and concern the prevention of occupational hazards related to maintenance activities.
了解并關注與維護活動相關的職業(yè)危害防護知識。
shift and overtime may be required.

education教育背景:
civil or construction engineer, experienced in the construction design or road maintenance.
土木工程或建筑工程師,有建筑設計或道路養(yǎng)護經(jīng)驗。
languages 語言:
very good level of english, negotiation level.
良好的英語水平,能進行談判。
very good level of chinese, negotiation level.
良好的漢語水平,能進行談判。
other languages will be valued.
其他語言被視為加分項。
第2篇 道路工程技術崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、 負責地圖要素的規(guī)格和工藝設計、生產(chǎn)平臺設計的相關工作;
2、 根據(jù)客戶需求、產(chǎn)品設計或生產(chǎn)反饋問題,進行分析和調研,設計合理高效的工藝,保證生產(chǎn)出滿足客戶需求的產(chǎn)品或解決內(nèi)部問題。;
3、 撰寫生產(chǎn)部門可執(zhí)行的具體工藝方案,設計并撰寫生產(chǎn)平臺的設計需求;
4、 組織所有標準、工藝方案、相關品控措施的評審會議;
5、 負責組織對生產(chǎn)部門進行規(guī)格、標準和工藝方案的相關培訓、以及培訓考核的設計;
6、 負責協(xié)調、整合各部門資源,對工藝的推行或落地進行跟蹤,并及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題。
任職資格:
1、 研究生及以上學歷,測繪工程/地信/遙感/攝影測量/計算機等相關專業(yè)
2、 2年以上工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉地圖制圖的基礎知識、oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫基礎知識,具有地圖產(chǎn)品規(guī)格設計、地圖采集工藝、制作工藝、生產(chǎn)平臺等的設計相關經(jīng)驗。
3、 數(shù)據(jù)分析或挖掘相關崗位需要掌握聚類、分類數(shù)據(jù)、挖掘數(shù)據(jù)的理論知識。
4、 熟練使用ie、mapinfo、arcgis和matlab等gis相關軟件,熟練使用office辦公軟件
5、 具有較強邏輯能力和工藝設計能力,對數(shù)據(jù)敏感,具備較強分析加工能力;
6、 良好的文字及口頭表達能力和溝通能力。
