崗位職責】
1、全權負責項目相關事宜，安排項目部人員工作職能職責;
2、負責協(xié)調(diào)參建合作各方現(xiàn)場關系，確保各參建方按要求完成施工任務;
3、負責項目的現(xiàn)場管理工作，隨時對工地現(xiàn)場人員、機械、設備、施工工藝、監(jiān)理程序、施工程序等進行檢查和監(jiān)督;
4、負責項目的合同管理，監(jiān)督檢查合同執(zhí)行情況，根據(jù)合同文件監(jiān)督檢查各參建單位的人員、機械設備進場情況，督促和落實參建各單位的駐地建設、質(zhì)量、安全和環(huán)保體系，對監(jiān)理單位和承包單位的違約行為依據(jù)合同文件進行處罰;
5、負責項目的質(zhì)量管理工作，監(jiān)督檢查監(jiān)理工程師對重點部位、隱蔽工程的跟蹤旁站監(jiān)理和全過程監(jiān)理工作及施工單位的質(zhì)量管理工作，抽查監(jiān)理記錄、施工記錄和試驗檢測資料和數(shù)據(jù)，確保其真實性和可靠性;
6、組織、參與項目的分部分項工程驗收、單位工程驗收、完工(移交)驗收、竣工驗收等，及時組織已完(已使用)工程的移交工作;
7、負責項目的進度管理，編制施工進度計劃，逐步分解形成月進度計劃、周進度計劃，督促檢查承包單位進度計劃的落實，并對計劃及時修正、糾偏，保證進度計劃按照公司要求執(zhí)行;
8、參與項目的事前控制，負責項目的事中控制、事后控制，嚴格執(zhí)行相關計量和支付管理規(guī)范，確?，F(xiàn)場計量準確，根據(jù)實際情況，建立健全價款支付逐級簽認制度和支付臺賬，嚴格控制計日工和簽證單簽認。
【任職資格】
1、本科及以上學歷，土木工程等相關專業(yè);
2、具備8年及以上現(xiàn)場實地管理工作經(jīng)驗;
3、擔任過3年以上現(xiàn)場業(yè)主代表項目負責人、總監(jiān)理工程師、總監(jiān)代表、施工單位項目經(jīng)理等職位的工作經(jīng)驗，并獨立管理過2個及以上項目;
4、熟練使用cad軟件、天正建筑軟件、office軟件，如會使用廣聯(lián)達計價軟件可優(yōu)先考慮;
5、資質(zhì)要求:一級建造師或中級職稱以上;
6、具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和抗壓能力;
7、需長駐工程現(xiàn)場。

崗位職責:
1.熟悉并掌握設計圖紙、施工規(guī)范、規(guī)程、質(zhì)量標準和施工工藝,向班組工長進行技術交底,監(jiān)督指導工人的實際操作;
2.按施工方案、技術要求和施工程序組織施工,制訂工程的測量、定位、抄平等工作的作業(yè)指導書,并負責指導實施;
3.合理使用勞動力,掌握工作中的質(zhì)量動態(tài)情況,組織操作工人進行質(zhì)量的自檢、互檢;
4.對因施工質(zhì)量造成的損失,要迅速調(diào)查、分析原因、評估損失、制訂糾正措施和方法,經(jīng)上級技術負責人批準后及時處理;

this job holder is the total gas & chemical technician in the electronic operations group and reports to the on-site megasys(tgcm) site manager.
the technician will be involved in sustaining operations and maintain of all specialty gas system; bulk specialty gas system(bsgs); high flow system(hfs); gas monitoring/detection systems; bulk gas distribution system; oil free air(ofa)/hpofa system and ba filling station; specialty chemical systems, bulk chemical delivery system; schumacher/genstream system, chemical analysis and support. the individuals must be capable of performing sustaining operations as well as complex troubleshooting and problem resolution so as to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gas & chemical applications in wafer fabrication. twenty-four hours call-out support as well as emergency response assistance is also required.
requirements to be hired on as a megasys(tgcm) technician include the ability and willingness to learn, the evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, electro-mechanical aptitude, an amiable personality, and the candidate must be an obvious self-motivated individual.
the candidate will learn and understand basic cylinder/container handling, valve and analytical technology, and general gas & chemical knowledge skills during the first several months of training. the candidate will typically have either previous experience with compressed gas & chemicals or will train at a similar facility. the technician will be expected to perform all shifts operations at the end of the training period including container change, daily routines, preventative maintenance, daily reporting and customer interface. etc..the extent and amount of training varies at different megasys(tgcm) sites.
principal accountabilities
1.maintain and operate gas & chemical delivery equipment; such as: ofa/hpofa; ba filling station; gas cabinets, hfs, valve manifold boxes, cdm, tanks, schumacher/genstream system, purifiers, analyzers and scrubbers. understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly, and perform periodic maintenance.
2. perform daily rounds including verifying purifier, set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory gas & chemical levels, verifying toxic gas & chemical monitoring operations, and cylinder handling as required.
3. perform all container changes for gas delivery system and chemical delivery system and related activities.
4. monitor container inventories.
5. monitor and understand correct delivery procedure for each product on site.
6. demonstrate knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per on-site operations manual including cylinder/container changing, product acceptance, inventory and material usage, bulk gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements.
7. demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations.
8. demonstrate ability to follow directions from leader.
